I'm excited because it has the most amazing elements of Romeo and Juliet wound into it's blurb. Description: Holly Schindler’s Spark: When the right hearts come to the Avery Theater—at the right time—the magic will return. The Avery will come back from the dead. Or so Quin’s great-grandmother predicted many years ago on Verona, Missouri’s most tragic night, when Nick and Emma, two star-crossed teenage lovers, died on the stage. Eternal – more love stories with bite
This follow-up to "Immortal: Love Stories with Bite" presents all-new YA stories featuring vampires, the romantic heroes and heroines that still hold the reading public enraptured. The book includes an original introduction by Cast.
Paperback, 215 pages
Published November 2nd 2010 by Smart Pop
This book contained short stories about vampires from incredible authors such as Claudia Gray, Nancy Holder, Lili St. Crow, Rachel Caine and more.
The stories revolve around romance; short stories about love being found or lost and it is perfect for hungry Twilight fans out there that needs something more and maybe even something new.
Some well-known authors wrote stories about characters that already have their own series. Claudia Gray delves into the history of Patrice, from her bestselling Evernight series; Nancy Holder reimagines Romeo and Juliet with an undead twist and Rachel Caine returns to the setting of the Morganville Vampires series.
Fans of these stories would be interested in reading these short stories. It is just enough for that bookworm out there that isn’t in the mood to dive head first into a long on-going series of books. It is nice to sometimes just read short stories that have endings and that leave you smiling.
A must have for vampire fanatics and a fantastic read to have. 5/5 from me.
