Or so Quin’s great-grandmother predicted many years ago on Verona, Missouri’s most tragic night, when Nick and Emma, two star-crossed teenage lovers, died on the stage. Mark of the Princess by B.C. Morin
An enchanting fantasy story about fairies, magical kingdoms and other strange and wonderful creatures that would be the perfect read for younger book lovers. The book changes from the point of view of a fairy princess to the handsome prince that wants to win her heart and, of course, the evil fairy that wants nothing more than to make things difficult for them and cause trouble throughout the kingdoms.
The cover of this book is beautiful and a real eye-catcher. The story is an easy read so anyone that wants a feel good story with romance and magic can just sit back and read until the sun sets and you are losing hours of sleep.
The story does get kind of confusing between scene changes since it isn’t shown clearly when the characters are in different places or situations which can get frustrating but after a while I got into the flow of the story and it was much better to read it.
This is definitely a good read for younger readers. It is a good story but I didn’t enjoy it all that much since I prefer reads that are for older readers and are a bit more intense which is why this should be great for younger people.
The author is talented and has a vast imagination because of the magical scenes and places that were described in the book. There was always something new happening and that keeps a reader’s attention along with great characters and a good storyline.
